Event Planner (1 candidate)

To participate in the planning, organization and implementation of special events (both virtual and in-person format), which includes:

• Identifying event requirements and expectations for each event
• Liaising with sponsors, vendors, exhibitors, volunteers and stakeholders. 
• Developing promotional materials
• Conducting community outreach and promotional campaign activities
• Answering and handling enquiries related to the events
• Managing all set-up, tear down and follow-up processes including audio, visual and facility.
• Conducting final inspections to ensure everything is in order
• Assessing overall success and submit findings for each event
• Assisting in the maintenance of workplace safety and cleanliness
