Line Dancing is one of most popular extra curricular activity in the world, using all rhythms of music. A group of people stands in lines and execute the same dance moves. It is easy to follow and lot of fun. Line dancing is healthy for body and mind, it makes an hour fly by without any stress.

Have you been playing for a while but are unsure what the ratings of 2.5, 3.5, etc., mean or where you stand?
Now you can get professionally rated at MWC.
At the end of the assessment, the Coach will explain how to set up on DUPR, allowing you to track your rating. Each session can accommodate a maximum of 4 participants, with group assessments taking approximately 20 minutes per group. The initial sign-up fee is $10 per person, and an additional assessment fee of $10 (cash) is payable to the Coach on the court.

1. Skills Enhancement and Improvement 2. Study various attack and defense strategy 3. Upgrade for serving and receiving skills
Entry Requirements: 1. Have a certain understanding of table tennis 2. Student is recommended to have capability stable forehand rally for more than 30 consecutive strokes 3. Or already taken intermediate courses

楊家太極拳八十五式,為楊家傳承的太極拳長拳架,動作圓潤流暢,剛柔並濟,講究鬆柔、自然、連貫,具有養生、健身和武術應用的價值。這套拳法是由楊澄甫在二十世紀初整理與推廣,適合不同年齡層的練習者長期練習不僅能提升身體素質,還能鍛煉心性,達到身心和諧的境界。
梁立勳老師:上世紀70年代初在香港先後跟吳世英,陳正中師傅學楊家和陳家太極拳。移居加國後,本世紀初跟隨曹慶武師傅深造楊家太極拳。曾任太極拳導師40餘年。為方便長者學習,梁老師於2013年曾將楊家太極拳四式普及拳套, 编補活步步法,作為入門基礎練習,增加學員學習興趣。在youtube鍵入四式太極拳 梁立勳老師,便可找到視頻

The instructors have practiced Chen style Tai Chi for many years, and now teaches the 18th generation descendant of Chen style Tai Chi Master Feng Zhiqiang's 24 Tai Chi and Tai Chi warm-up exercises. Practicing Tai Chi can promote blood circulation, smooth the meridians, adjust internal organs, and have the effect of calming and relieving the body.

Gentle yoga for all levels A gentle yoga sequence that anyone can do.60 minutes full body stretching
Objectives
With yoga, practicing regularly is more important than doing complex poses. Yoga relaxes the mind the body. Great for everyone with a good yoga start! A full body warm up to prepare the body for the postures and to bring energy into the whole body, reduces stress and strengthens the muscles while building flexibility. A variety of poses with modifications for beginners / advanced will be given.
